Client Identification Policy

To ensure the safety, security, and accuracy of our services, all new clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID at their first appointment. The name on the ID must match the name used when booking the appointment. Clients who are unable to provide valid identification at their initial visit may be asked to reschedule.

No Refund Policy

All service and product sales are final. Due to the nature of our treatments and skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except as required by law. Please review treatment details, pricing, and pre/post-care instructions before purchasing. If you have any questions, we’re happy to answer them prior to your appointment.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend will result in a $100 fee or forfeiture of the appointment credit.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that life happens, but late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling to ensure fairness to all clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a cancellation fee.

Membership Policy

All new memberships include a one-time $99 enrollment fee and require a 6-month minimum term. Early cancellations made before the 6-month commitment is complete will incur a charge equal to the remaining membership payments for the term. Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before your next billing date. Membership payments are non-refundable. Unused membership credits roll over to the next month and remain valid while your membership is active.

Booking & Payment Policy

A credit card is required to secure all bookings. Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Cherry financing.

Treatment Consent

Certain treatments require a signed consent form prior to your appointment. Your provider will review all relevant information, risks, and aftercare with you before beginning the service.
